Chapter 235 The Intrusion of the Spirit Race

Chapter 235 The Intrusion of the Spirit Race

On the battlefield of Vigilant Planet, the battle between humans and orcs had reached a fever pitch. Laser beams, explosive bombs, and the orcs' crude weapons intertwined in the air, creating a deadly firestorm. The explosions and smoke shrouded the entire planet in a smoky haze. Just as the two sides were locked in a fierce and evenly matched struggle, a violent tremor suddenly resounded from underground.

“Gene stealers!” a Kashejin warrior shouted, his voice tinged with tension.

However, this time the appearance of the gene-stealers did not cause much panic. The Space Marines quickly flanked them, their power swords and explosive rifles like the scythe of death, swiftly reaping the lives of these aliens.

"It seems the gene stealers are just here to get themselves killed." Russell stood on the high ground, a slight smile playing on his lips.

Leos walked over and patted Russell on the shoulder: "These guys never learn. Last time we beat them to a pulp, and they still dare to come back this time."

Russell shrugged, a hint of mockery in his voice: "Maybe they think we're too boring and came here to give us some entertainment."

Just as the two were joking around, a group of figures suddenly appeared on the distant horizon. They were slender and elegant, their armor shimmering with an eerie light, and the weapons in their hands radiating deadly energy fluctuations.

"The Aidae?" Russell narrowed his eyes, a hint of doubt in his voice. "What are these aliens doing here?"

Leos shook his head, a hint of wariness in his voice: "Who knows? The Eldar are always elusive, and their targets are never clear."

Russell nodded, a cold glint in his eyes: "No matter what they're here for, if they dare to approach our position, don't blame us for being impolite."

Just then, the Adaling forces suddenly launched an attack on the Kashejin warriors' positions. They were incredibly fast, their figures darting across the battlefield like ghosts, the light from their energy weapons drawing deadly arcs in the air.

"Russell, they're coming!" Leos's voice carried a hint of urgency.

Russell sneered and shouted, "Everyone, prepare for battle! Let these aliens taste our power!"

The Kashejin warriors responded swiftly, unleashing a dense barrage of fire from their laser guns and plasma weapons in an attempt to suppress the Eldar's offensive. However, the Eldar were simply too fast; their figures moved across the battlefield like phantoms, the beams of their energy weapons tracing deadly arcs through the air.

"Fire Kirin, prepare!" Russell raised his laser gun and aimed at a rapidly moving Eldar warrior. His finger was on the trigger, a cold glint in his eyes.

"Fire!"

At Russell's command, a laser beam shot out like lightning, striking a Spirit Warrior directly. The Spirit Warrior's body was instantly pierced by the energy beam, and he collapsed to the ground.

"Gained 1x Agility Power." The system notification sounded in Russell's mind.

Russell's lips curled up slightly, revealing a smile: "It seems these Eldar are quite valuable."

Just then, an Eldar warrior suddenly charged up from the flank, his energy sword aimed directly at Russell's chest. Russell swiftly dodged, and his Bloodthirster entrenching tool flashed like lightning towards the warrior's neck.

"Die, alien!" Russell roared, severing the Eldar warrior's head with his entrenching tool. Blood splattered onto his power armor, the blade of the Blooddrinker entrenching tool flashing an eerie red light, as if sucking the life out of its enemy.

"Gained 1x Agility Power." The system notification sounded again.

Russell smiled, a hint of teasing in his voice: "Looks like today is a fruitful day."

Leos walked over and patted Russell on the shoulder: "You seem to be having a lot of fun. These Eldar are not easy to deal with."

Russell shrugged, his tone light: "Anyway, they'll just be throwing their lives away, so let's enjoy the battle instead."

Leos smiled, a hint of helplessness in his voice: "You're quite optimistic."

Just then, a violent explosion suddenly erupted from the distant horizon. Russell looked up and saw a group of orc warriors engaged in a fierce battle with the Adarin.

"It seems the Eldar's target is the orcs," Leos said in a low voice, a hint of doubt in his tone.

Russell nodded, a cold glint in his eyes: "Whatever their goal is, if they dare to approach our position, they shouldn't blame us for being impolite."

However, in such a chaotic battlefield, accidental clashes are inevitable. At first, they just pretended it was unintentional and fired at each other, but soon the situation changed and they began to exchange fire on a large scale.

The exchange of fire intensified and quickly devolved into a chaotic battle.

On the battlefield of Vigilant Planet, the battle between the Kashejin warriors and the Eldar has entered a fierce stage. The Eldar figures move across the battlefield like ghosts, the light from their energy weapons drawing deadly arcs in the air. However, under Russell's leadership, the Kashejin warriors are not intimidated by the Eldar's speed and elegance; instead, they fight with increasing ferocity.

"Russell, these Eldar are too fast, we can't keep up at all!" Leos's voice came through the communicator, his tone tinged with helplessness.

Russell chuckled, a hint of teasing in his voice: "Can't catch up? Then let them come to us."

As the battle progressed, the Eldar gradually realized that they had no advantage in this chaotic conflict. Led by Russell, the Kashejin warriors fought with increasing ferocity, and the Eldar casualties mounted.

"These humans are so troublesome!" a Eldar commander muttered, a hint of helplessness in his voice.

Another Eldar warrior nodded, a hint of anger in his voice: "We can't go on like this, we must retreat!"

The Eldar commander remained silent for a moment, then slowly said, "Pass down the order: the entire army retreats!"

At the command of the Eldar commander, the Eldar forces swiftly began their withdrawal from the battlefield. Their figures moved across the battlefield like ghosts, quickly disappearing into the distant horizon.

However, before retreating, the Eldar commander suddenly turned around and shouted at Russell, "Humans, don't be so smug! We will definitely come back!"

Russell smiled, a hint of teasing in his voice: "You're welcome anytime, just remember to bring plenty of 'gifts'!"

The Eldar commander was furious, but in the end, he led his troops to retreat from the battlefield in disgrace.
